The most world-famous star of the 20th century was born in December
28, 1953 in a suburb of Paris, in 'Romainville'. This is the 20th arrondissement
of Paris. The original name of my favorite star is "Philippe Pagès",
but in the world, he is known under the name "Richard Clayderman".
With 6 Years, he learnt to play the piano and with 11 and 16 years,
he won a competition in his music school. In 1975, he was discovered
by Paul de Senneville 
and Olivier Toussaint

They composed his greatest world-famous title "Ballade pour Adeline".
His greatest title "Ballade pour Adeline" is very popular in Germany,
since the German TV broadcasted the criminal film "Der Alte" (The old
man) with the title "Der Spieler" (The player). That was in 1978, on
24th November.
Richard is the greatest and most famous pianist in the world, because
many, many, many people all over the world know him, people in Europe
(Italy, France, Great Britain, Germany...), in Asia (Iran, Japan, Korea,
Taiwan, China, Vietnam...), in America (USA, South America [Argentina,
Mexico...]) are fans of Richard.
In his discography, we find Japanese titles ("Kampai", "Lullaby Takeda",
"Japan Medley"), French original compositions ("Chinese Garden", "The
Child in the Silent Mornings" (Poetic sonata), "A comme Amour", "Concerto
pour une jeune fille nommée 'Je t'aime', "Triste Coeur", "Murmures"),

States of America, and he got a lot of other awards all over the world.
In further time, he lived in Paris, in the "Bois de Boulogne", in the
suburb "Neuilly". Today he lives in the South of France, in Biot, a
town near Nice and Cannes. Since May 2010, he is married the 3rd time 
. He has
got 2 children, Maud and Peter Philippe Joël.
He made a lot of tours all over the world, also several times in Germany.
I have seen Richard for 4 times in my life. The 1st time was in February
12th, 1984, the 2nd time was in January 25th, 1989, the 3rd time was
in January 20th, 1998, and the 4th time was in November 15th, 2008 
.
After the concerts, I got an autograph from Richard (one in 1984, one
in 1989 and one in 2008).
Richard played with a lot of other famous stars too. Richard played
with James Last, with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, with a German
children choir (Schoeneberger Saengerknaben) and with a lot of other
stars 
all
over the world.
